Learning Coach Assistant
The main task of an LCA is to monitor and supervise a student throughout the school time (from 8:30am to 2:30pm). The monitoring is to be recorded and the LCA will make sure the student stays on task.
Requirements:
-
Organizational Skills a must
-
Good communication / Writing Skills
-
2 or more years teaching experience or education background
-
Can operate computer and must have one with cam, audio, and fast internet
-
Learning Coach with K 12 curriculum experience a plus, but will train
-
Record data / Good record keeping skills
-
Good work ethics
-
Have the ability to multi task
-
Be able to handle minimum of 5 students
-
Good time management skills
-
Will be required to submit a weekly report to the supervisor
Online Tutors (Independent Contractors only)

Requirements:

Welcome new students and help to build their confidence in the subject

Help students to develop their study skills

Act as a point of contact for students' or parents’ queries

Give support by email, and/or telephone

Manage online discussion in chat rooms

Set up audio and video conferencing if required

Conduct 'virtual classrooms' (classes conducted through web technology)

Monitor the progress of students

Assess students' work and give constructive feedback
